These Terms apply to your use of the Velvetsurfpalace website and to any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes your representation that you meet this standard. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Velvetsurfpalace or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
